Should i take the ACT

Hi!

i am a sophomore and i am wondering if i should take the ACT test. The reason i am asking is because i have not done the amount of research i have done with the SAT. I have taken…
Bio in 8th grade
Earth Science in 9th
and Currently taken Chemistry
I will not be taking physics next year instead i will be taken forensic science which is why i am curious. Should i still take it with no physics background??

I will be fine for the math and english portion
THANKS!

Do not let the science stop you. The science ACT is a reading test disguised behind graphs and data. Try a few science passages and you will see what I mean.

okay thank you!!!

I would take it this year as a sophomore. The science is not based on actual science at all, it is just reading with charts and graphs stuck in. If you take it this year, you’ll be able to be ready for when you take it next year and you’ll be ahead of your classmates as well. Plus, your scores now will help you to see where you need to practice so you only have to take it once as a junior.
