I’ve taken the SAT 2 times: first time I got a 1480, second time I got a 1580. Should I bother taking the ACT? I took a diagnostic test through my school that was supposed to tell us which test to take and I was 50/50.
With a 1580 SAT, you should not take any more SAT or ACT tests at all. If you are applying to schools that require or recommend subject tests, concentrate on those.
