Should I take the third subject test?

Hello.

I apply top science and engineering colleges. I surely will take math 2 and physics. Few days ago I did practice test in German and found it really easy for me. Would this third subject test significantly increase my chances as an international or its just waste of time and money?

Depends. What schools are you applying to? I know some top schools require three subject tests.

Stanford
Caltech
Cornell University
Harvey Mudd
Texas AT Austin
California-San Diego
California-LA
Northwestern Univ.
Johns Hopkins Univ
Columbia Univ. In the city of NY
UPenn
Duke
Yale
Harvard
Case Western Reserve Univ.
Univ. of Notre Dame
Lehigh Univ.
Vanderbilt Univ
Brown University
Rice Univ.
Princeton
MIT

hum??? 10char

May be mistaken, but I think a couple of those require 3. You may want to check their individual application requirements. Would be a shame to get rejected off the bat for something like that.

I heard that Georgetown is the only one that REQUIRES 3 subject tests, however I think that a few of the ones on your list HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking 3.

I’m pretty sure Harvard requires three now.

I have a question. Are you a native speaker of German? in that case it would actually hurt your apllication. In any case you should consider a 3rd sub. test

I am not native. I have been learning German for many years. That is the case.

Definitely take German then!
