Hi.
I’m currently undecided major, but I love looking at cells and microbiology, and discovering a world that can’t be seen through the naked eye.
Once I heard about the Cytotechnology program, I wanted to help out. I want to look at cancer cells - determine what is normal and abnormal, and help save a life.
I am freshman in my first semester in College. However, my college doesn’t offer the Cyotechnology program. A College nearby does.
But the problem is: should I take a risk and transfer just to try one program that I am not even sure will work for me?
How should I approach this? I was thinking about majoring in Biology at my school, but then I heard you can’t do anything really with that major, so I decided my main focus is to look at cells and help people, and I think Cyotechnology would be best fit for me. On top of that, the college that has this program looks like garbage. So if I don’t like the program or it doesn’t work out for me, I’m stuck in a school that looks like garbage.
What should I do?
