should i transfer or stay another year?

My ideal school would be UPenn or Cornell. I am contemplating whether or not to transfer this semester considering my stats. I am hesitant to stay another year because I feel like attending a school for 2 years already then transferring to a whole new environment is pretty stressful. Should I stay another year or applying now?

Also how would I stack up for Barnard?

Try. write a solid essay and have a good recommendation. Do very well this semester, so that you could show it in the mid-term report of the transfer application.
Or you could chose to transfer in the next Spring term which cornell can be. Good luck!

You might as well give it a shot. Worst scenario, you don’t get in and just reapply next year.
