Hi,
I am an international student a biochemistry major in the second year at one of the small liberal arts colleges in New Jersey.
In the freshman year of my college, I realized that I want to pursue my career in research. I regret not applying to research universities that just focuses on my core courses and not in general education courses. ALso, I want to learn as much research skills as possible in my four years at college.
I am well aware of the fact that, transferring as an international student to a reputed college with handsome scholarship is almost impossible. But should I take a chance or should I focus on finishing my undergraduate and then apply for graduate school in big research universities?
Please help.
