Should I trust the 100 Most Common SAT words list?

I think the list was made by Kaplan, so I am not sure how much to trust in it. I want to memorize words for the SAT test on the next Saturday- 2 days from now- so I need to know if I should use my time to memorize from this list, the direct Hits Book or first begin with the words in the College board’s practice tests. Just tell me how much did you benefit from the 100 Most Common SAT words list

To be honest, you might not get much out of it memorizing the words now.
I suggest that you do a SAT practice test under the exam condition today and just relax tomorrow.

The day before the test just relax only don’t do anything like small revision on voc. Or read some examples for essay ??

Why can’t I do something heavy?
