It is 13 days from M10 and I was curious whether I should update AO’s about some of my new achievements:
-I got accepted to LaunchX summer program
-as a student council delegate we opened new project “TeenTutors”, as our school is highly rigorous and challenging!

No, I would not update with these. You have not yet done the summer program, so what you’re saying is “someone else thought I was awesome, you should too.” The other is the action of a group to which you belong. Neither really changes your application meaningfully.
If you end up on a WL and are doing a more comprehensive update with a letter of interest, you can include these.
At this point most of the decisions have already been made. There is some movement around the edges, but AOs aren’t going to bring your application back to committee based on this update.
I understand these achievements doesn’t really change my application, thank you for your advice!

I think you should, if it really is significant, then do it.
