@ItsHydro you need to stop worrying so much, this is literally like your 4th “I am worried, will I get in” post. You need to focus on boosting your GPA not what other people think.
Without your test scores I am just guessing but, A 3.6 makes your odds at SCU pretty long. SJSU, varies widely by major. With average SAT, you’d make it in to all but their most competitive programs. (CS and Nursing to name 2) I don’t know Westmont
There are dozens of ‘good’ colleges in CA that would be happy to have you. Post again when you have your scores and I’ll try to help narrow them down.
The rest of the world doesn’t necessarily see “good colleges” the way the people on this site do. There are hundreds and hundreds of wonderful schools out there. A great number of wonderful fits probably haven’t made it onto your radar yet.
Instead of stressing about which “good colleges” you’re likely to get into, why not start a list of schools that look good? Start with your PSAT scores. You can find, usually under the “Admissions” link on each school’s site, the 25th and 75th percentile SAT scores. That should give you a decent idea of which schools to take a look at. Make sure you also take a look at finances, including the typical amount of institutional aid-- and the percent of kids who get it.
Try a bunch of schools you’ve never heard of. Right now, as a Junior, is a wonderful time to explore the possibilities.
