My SAT essay score is 22 (1550 for the SAT)
Should I take another SAT for essay? Thanks 
Why? Both your essay score and SAT score are perfect. Besides, schools do not put much emphasis on the essay. It’s interesting that our kid had the same SAT and essay score as yours and got into Harvard.
@ssannya Your overall and essay scores are great for all of these school. What is your Math score and your Math subject test score? Wharton cares a lot about those. Also what about ECs? Penn is very big on ECs, and specifically wharton even more so.
Are you applying anywhere SCEA/ED?
First of all thank you for such kind answer
My SAT math score is 800 and Math subject score is 780, which I’m planning to take it again to get 800.
For my EC,
-national qualifier for world International debate and public speaking championship (WIDPSC)
-school theatre club captain
-won several business competitions like Technovation (all 1st place)
-in girls football team, won Top 5 award in the national league
-GPA (until now) straight As with several honor classes and AP classes (in junior now so I’ve got 2 more semesters to go)
-hold literature and philosophy lecture for elementary school kids in local libraries for community service (every month)
-planning to run my own startup next year

Since you seem to be very entrepreneurial Stanford,Penn and Harvard are the best fits for you out of the schools on your list.
