I am about to write my college admissions essay. The prompt is a “statement of purpose”. I am a transfer student if it matters. I was wondering if it would be a cool and unique idea to write my essay in the third person as like a letter of recommendation for me… but written by me. Would this be an interesting and acceptable way to write a college admission essay ?

There are lot’s of sources you can collect sample admission essays successfully done previous applicants. You can look for them in college websites and often they display some sample admission essays to refer for. Try with drafts and have created a pattern to write before you begin to work on the actual essay. Get some more tips online from veterans and follow them in order to make sure that you will get it done as it required to be.
