Should take an SAT prep course if I scored a 176(or 1760 converted to SAT score) on my psat score?

<p>Try self study with the blue book and maybe Barron’s, then see what you get after a few practice tests. If you’re stuck at that 1800 range and you really want to go up 1-200 points then you might want to consider a tutor.</p>

<p>Also keep in mind the real sat is longer and has an essay section. I don’t know your psat score breakdown but if you’re bad at writing or have testing anxiety then study is very important and you might want to look into a tutor for essay writing + test techniques.</p>
