<p>Tell your friend that he needs to get a life of his own. He’s probably just jealous of the other people because no one likes him, so he’s boosting his own self esteem by getting them in trouble. He doesn’t deserve to have any friends so if I were you I would go find some different friends. IMO. What a creeper. I’m surprised he hasn’t gotten beat up yet.</p>

<p>Yeah me too, he’s gotten a lot of threats but no one ever followed up on em. He actually had a lot of friends, but of course this stuff got him shunned since he woke up one day and his “eyes were opened” about all his sins (he’s Catholic) and how the world has gone bad and how what he saw as harmless is now harmful. Jesus Christ, getting a 5 in AP Psych you’d think be a little saner. And even with his 2250 SATs and 3.8 UW GPA he’s still going to the NYPD academy after university. <em>head2desk</em></p>
<p>Well people can easily sue him for lots of $$$ and the only time when you can’t be sued for filming people without their consent is when you’re helping some law enforcement agency. Obviously the principal and superintendents aren’t the police, so people can still sue you and in some places, it’s illegal</p>

<p>I think people like him are a big source of evil in the world. Seriously. So many problems arise when people don’t mind their own business. I think one day karma will the book at him just as he has gotten the book thrown at so many other people. If he keeps this up when he gets older and the stakes are raised he may be in for a rude awakening. If I were an admissions officer I would give him a handwritten letter saying to never so much as step on my campus. What does the administration at your school think of him? </p>
<p>To be honest, I think I’d rather be friends with most of the people he has gotten thrown out than him. They may color outside the lines a bit but he is just a miserable human being, a parasite who needs to suck life from somebody else in order to feel like his own life is complete.</p>

<p>^ Nope. That is the law. Tape recording, though, may be different, because one has a reasonable expectation most of the time that no one else is going to heart it. Video surveillance is only illegal if in private (or a place you reasonably expect is).</p>
