because my mother called me an *******, which i probably am

i am starting my own thread to jump around in

because i just got accepted to plan II!!

Congratulations!

P.S. What did your mother call you? There’s too many *'s to understand.

I’m seeing a lot of acceptances, when did you turn your application in?

Is this the application wave? (Does anyone know how that works in relation to turning in the regular application?)

were you in state or oos?

also… does UT consider the ACT and SAT equally? i hear they look at whichever is higher and use that. is that true?

I never know how to respond to ACT vs SAT. A lot of colleges say they consider the higher of the two scores but it seems to me that they would consider the lower score detrimentally. But who knows, I just sent plan II my ACT score only.

These are the academic stats I was accepted with:

16/499 rank
92.875 unweighted; 103ish weighted
SAT: 2040 (690math, 680cr, 670w)

I feel like the only thing that got me in were my essays…but I am extremely happy. I wish I would have applied to Dean’s Scholars too; does anyone know about in college transfer applications for Dean’s Scholars?

Oh, and I forgot to say that I am instate, and applied 1/31.

To the earlier post, my mom called me a but*thole because I screamed when I got the acceptance package.

Lol…also my SAT II scores were

Bio M: 720
Spanish: 800
Literature: 670
US History: 670
Math I: 730

and AP score of 5 on us government

I got into Plan II too! I am definitely attending. Can’t wait to go next year!
