<p>I finished my app to Penn State the other day, and I checked No for interest in Shreyer’s College, but there is a link to the Shreyer’s application on my homepage. Would I still be able to submit the Shreyer’s application if I already checked No or is it a glitch? I haven’t changed my mind but I’m just wondering</p>
