<p>Sounds like a James Bond Crime Thriller. Is Andover a safe town?</p>
<p>I heard about this and was kind of shocked. Andover’s a pretty safe town, so I was surprised something like that happened. PAPS will probably tighten security so something like this won’t happen again.</p>
<p>What worries me most is the fact that it happened in broad day light and the news article cites several other breakins, not just this one. May be Andover is safe, but it may be surrounded by shanty towns.</p>
