<p>when applications and efc calculators ask if you have siblings in college, does med school count? i have a brother in med school</p>

<p>It will depend on the school, some schools allow students in grad school to count, some don’t</p>

<p>For the FAFSA, med school does NOT count … only undergrad students count in the federal formula. If your school has its own form in addition to the FAFSA, or if you will be filling out the Profile in addition to the FAFSA, you may be asked about siblings in school & it may be okay to include sibling in grad/med/law school. This varies by school & you need to read the instructions and answer the questions accordingly.</p>
