<p>Daughter will apply to Yale’s SCEA. I heard that she needs to sign the SCEA form to make sure she doesn’t apply to any other school’s EA. I searched Yale’s website and didn’t find the form. Does Yale require such a signed SCEA form? If yes, where can we find it? Thanks.</p>

<p>I didn’t send any form when I applied SCEA last year. I just clicked a button saying “I affirm that… yadda yadda under pain of death and torture” My entire application was done online.</p>
<p>How am I supposed to sign an online form? Is typing my name enough?!</p>
