If u sign a national letter of intent for a D1 or D2 college, do u still have to fill out an application? For D3 colleges, since there’s no binding letter of intent, do you have to fill out an application?
Yes, you must apply and be acceptance. A NLI is an agreement that you are committing to the school and will accept a Grant in aid. If you aren’t accepted to the school, the NLI is void.
