Fellow CCers:

I have had the best time answering questions on these boards over the past four years. With that said, now that I’m graduating and moving on to “bigger and better things,” I think it wise to detach myself from the site and allow others to share their thoughts and experiences.

Without a doubt, I will never forget the people I’ve met through this forum. It’s truly amazing how such a community can subsist with most members never having met in person.

I’m still a believer in maintaining a place where college-related questions can be answered – I would never think of leaving all current and future CCers “high and dry.” To that end, I’m looking to identify a suitable “replacement,” someone who will be eager to follow my lead in serving as a non-biased source of information.

To members of the incoming class: take advantage of everything Lafayette has to offer. Don’t hold back. It may seem hard to believe, but your four years on campus will be over before you know it.

To those who will frequent these boards in the future and are considering Lafayette: don’t buy into all the hype. Lafayette is a great school, for sure, but there are tons of amazing schools out there for students with diverse needs and interests. Do your homework, find some great matches, survive the grueling admissions process, and enjoy the college experience.

That’s it…I’m out!

Thanks so much Justin for all your help. I’ve been tracking Hornetguy at the Air Force Academy and you at Lafayette College for about 3 years now with kids in the class of 2011 at Air Force and 2013 at Lafayette College. Your leadership and service to the CC community has been most appreciated.

Thanks, Justin. Congratulations on your graduation. And, best of luck to you.

Justin, congratulations and best of luck with your graduate studies at Villanova. You’ve been a tremendous help to students and parents seeking more information about Lafayette and you’ve gone about it in as objective a way as possible for someone with an “insider bias.” Enjoy the upcoming senior week (I was down in Easton yesterday and the campus looks beautiful) and your well-earned rest from CC.

Justin!

You’ve been a tremendous help for so many people. Thanks for all that you’ve done. Congratulations on your graduation and best of luck at Villanova and beyond!

Congratulations and best of luck to you Justin! There are dozens - perhaps hundreds - of people on CC who owe you a big debt of thanks.

Congratulations on graduation, Justin. Good luck in the future. Your dedication to answering questions on this forum is greatly appreciated.

Congratulations Justin, and all the best for your graduate studies and for the future. you have been a great help to everybody here.

Now, who’s going to replace Justin for my questions?

Justin,

Thank you for all of your help.

Good luck at Villanova.

Justin,

Thanks for the very significant contributions you have made to this forum, and for all the off-fourm additional help I well know you have made to so many families interested in Lafayette. You have been an excellent representative for the school and your efforts have been much appreciated.

Best wishes for your commencement and your future!

Justin,
Let me add my congratulations and thanks. I understand you decision to pass the reigns to other current students, but hopefully you can share you valuable insight from time to time in the future.

Just a bump!

Did you find a successor, Justin?

Lafalum84,

No luck just yet, but I’ll keep at it!

Good luck to you Justin, you were a big help. My daughter fell in love with Lafayette the minute she set foot on campus. She has truly found the perfect match and has accomplished more than we could have ever hoped for. Right now she is doing research with one of the Professors on campus.

Thanks to you and all your help.

Thank you for the kind words, everyone.
