Signing up for an AP and skipping?

<p>I’m a junior enrolled in English 3 honors since our school doesn’t offer english AP junior year. However, I’m pretty strong in english, so I want to try taking the test.</p>

<p>What happens if I sign up, but don’t take the test? Do I simply lose the money, or do colleges also see that I skipped the AP test?</p>

<p>you lost your money. And you get a score of 0 or 1 (i don’t remember the score you would get if you skip the test).</p>
