Hello. Signing up for SAT for the first time and wonder if my son should indicate Caucasian versus Asian due to the increasingly apparent evidence of Asian discrimination among top tier universities? His planned area of study is engineering.
I’m pretty sure he can just omit the answer for that.

Yes that is an option, but lets take it one step further… what should he call himself when applying to the universities ?
Either, neither, both.
The real question is what does he identify as?
My child is mixed - usually she checked both boxes, often she left everything blank.
