Signing up for the Online FEE

Does it matter which date you sign up for (May26 or July 7)? Why do they leave the comment about "Results available/unavailable in time for HASS-D lottery?
Also, is there a set number of people who can take each one? Will waiting until the deadline be too late to register?

Thanks for the help.

There is a lottery every semester for HASS-D classes, and if you take the FEE on the second set of dates, you’ll have to enter it before you know your FEE results. This doesn’t really matter, though, because you can just enter the lottery as if you’ve passed the FEE and select the classes that you want. If you find out later that you didn’t pass, you don’t take the class you lotteried into. The HASS-D lottery doesn’t hold you to anything (and for that matter, it’s generally not necessary to lottery in to a HASS-D in order to take it that semester).

So take whichever FEE administration is most convenient for you. It doesn’t matter that you won’t know the results from the second administration before the HASS-D lottery.
