<p>I just stumbled upon the notice to freshman to register to receive online bills. (If you haven’t seen the notice, see website for admitted students.) It was news to me that the bursar does not mail bills to the home. My S already has a student ID number (which I also stumbled upon when looking up his merit aid status on the bursar’s website) as well as a school ID and password which he established as part of the pre-orientation process. So how come he is unable to (1) log in to register for online billing and (2) log into the site where students grant their parents access to school information? Can someone tell me which combination of University Directory ID/password/student ID number you use where??? It’s definitely not intuitive.</p>
