<p>Guys, I have an international student with average GPA, SAT and TOEFL score. But with exceptional Extracurricular in Computing area and great recommendations. I am looking for a simple not highly ranked college with:</p>

<li>Financial Aid for International Student</li>
<li>Decent/Great Computer Science/Engineer Course for Undergraduate</li>
<li>In place where it doesnot snow fall – I hate snow fall and winter so college where it snow falls is no matter not my type</li>
<li>size of student doesn’t matter</li>
</ul>
<p>Financial aid for international students is scarce, especially if your grades and scores are only average.</p>
<p>Check out the University of Maryland at Baltimore County (UMBC) or other “directional” state universities farther south. Can you afford approximately $30,000/year to attend schools like this?
