<p>Huh? Please re-write your questions in “English.” What are you asking? College can be started by someone 13-101 yrs old, w/ various deadlines, depending on the school.</p>
<p>typically, he would start (american) college in 2009 or 2010. deadlines vary from college to college, but he should start looking at deadlines the summer prior to his final year in secondary school.</p>
<p>Normally people start college the September of when they’re 18 (going on 19).</p>

b) around now in a year, depending on the college</p>
