<p>I need to make a children’s book for a five year old, with the five year old reading the book and enjoying it as part of the grade. I also have to create a poster board and a one page summary (both of the latter topics written professionally). I’m confined to Topic 6 Plants now, though.</p>
<p>Botany is a rather complex topic, especially with the unfamiliar vocabulary.</p>
<p>In any case, I think a simple non-AP level overview would be best, maybe highlighting the different components of a plant (very basic) and how they move water and other materials.</p>
<p>Ah, also how they are important to the environment since they recycle the carbon dioxide and make sugar and oxygen.</p>
