Does anyone know if you can take the SAT and the ACT in the fall in Singapore? Can you take them early enough to have scores count for early decision?

The SAT is offered on the same dates worldwide except in March, where it is only offered in the US.
Here is the link to international ACT dates for this school year (I’m assuming they will be offered the same months the next school year as well) : [ACT Registration : International Testing](http://actstudent.org/regist/outside.html)
Unless you/your child attends SAS or ICS, you probably only have one choice of location for the ACT so sign up early.

I’m not sure, but I think you’ll have to send scores from a previous test date when you apply but their records will be updated once they receive your new scores. I know the October tests are will be counted but I’m not sure about November scores.

Is there a September date for the ACT in the US but not in Singapore?

I think they offer an exam at the Raffles hotel once a year. You shoud call them to see when they offer it.
