Single dorm room available for Spring 2010

<p>Hi!</p>

<p>I’m looking for someone to take over my contract with USC housing for a single room in Birnkrant Residential College for Spring semester. The rent is $4605 for the lease period of January 8th, 2010 - End of Spring semester. All residents are required to have a meal plan, so that will be extra $2500 or so. It’s a very nice building and you cannot be closer to your classes! I need to move out for family reasons and would really appreciate your interest! <p>Hi, I created this thread and need to make a change the content but I don’t know how to edit the post… Sorry. </p>

<p>I’m actually looking for ANYONE who wants to move into USC housing for Spring semester. You don’t need to occupy the exact place I was in. You may move into any place in USC housing as long as there is space in the building. No gender limitation. Rent varies according to the place you want. You won’t need to pay the housing application fee since you only need to replace my contract. Thank you again.</p>
