Single rooms in Clark Kerr

Hi all,

I will be an international student at Berkeley this Fall. Is taking a single room in Clark Kerr considered antisocial? I understand that I shouldn’t choose my room based entirely on social life, but in the UK (where I’m from) most have single rooms and that isn’t necessarily antisocial.

Would a single room in Clark Kerr stop me from making friends in the same way that someone in a double room would have? I have heard that Clark Kerr is one of the most social halls at Berkeley.

Thank you!
