Single Sitting SAT score or multiple test date super score

I was poking around the collegedata admissions tracker web site https://www.collegedata.com/cs/admissions/admissions_tracker_result.jhtml?method=reEnter</a>, and it seemed to me that most of the EA/ED accepted applicants for the most selective schools were more likely to either have had a good single sitting test score or were an URM or legacy.

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience on whether very selective schools pay attention to whether the SAT score was a super score or a single sitting score.
