sinks in rooms

are there sinks in the dorm rooms?
for honors quad (is littlefield honors?)
moorehill
and brakcenridge?

thansk!

[Division of Housing and Food Service - Residence Halls At A Glance](<a href=“UHD Homepage | University Housing and Dining”>UHD Homepage | University Housing and Dining)

look under the column “vanity area with sink”

WAT?
i thought most of them had sinks
dang this suxk

Littlefield is not an honors dorm.

That spreadsheet page is wrong. The honors dorms Andrews and Carrothers have sinks in the rooms. Look at the pictures of the dorm rooms using the interactive dorm room viewer and you will see the sinks.

Unless there are a couple of rooms in the dorm with no sinks so they didn’t put a check in the spreadsheet? Seriously, I am SURE Andrews and Carrothers rooms have sinks.

Most dorms on campus have sinks in the room.

hmm then i suppose UT housing has some updating to do

The user UTHousing stops in on this forum now and then; we could use some official input. The housing office is very good about answering email so you could always email them if you have a specific question.

I just sent in my housing contract today. Is it true that I can update my hall/roommate preference up until july 1st?

Yes, definitely. Sometimes people initially have no roommate preference and then go to one of the earliest orientation sessions and meet a good roommate and specify that person before July 1.

Littlefield is a part of the Honors Quad, yet it housing only freshman women. Some honors programs such as Women in Engineering live in Littlefield while they are a freshman. As far as I can tell the chart is correct.

My daughter lives in Andrews and every room we have seen in Andrews has a sink, but that chart says rooms in Andrews do not have vanity areas with sinks?

Look at the floor plans, not the chart. And Blanton is an honors dorm as well.

Right, but Blanton is the one honors dorm that does NOT have sinks in each room. (This is the “sinks” thread. ;)

Thank you, MidwestMom2Kids! The chart has been updated.

Andrews and Carothers have sinks in the rooms, Blanton does not.

I don’t know about Littlefield.

However, it really doesn’t make much of a difference–it’s the same grade of sink you would have in a public restroom, only it’s 5-10 yards closer to your bed in the morning.
