Sinner's Alley Happy Hour (Part 1)

Perfect. :)

OK people, if my sangria goes to smell the ocean and the orange blossoms, I have to come too. Here in the Midwest we are pathetically far from salty tang. We do have flowers, however.

mommusic - since I have invited everyone to SBMom’s back yard, I must make this clear. You are the guest of honor, having had the sangria inspiration to begin with:).

Woo-hoo! Cool. We’re having a choice of white or red sangria, btw. I can never decide. :)

SBMom, I don’t know if I saw you–if I did–you look great naked. So, pretty much everyone is naked at Burning Man?

Didn’t I tell you to have patience with those boys? It’s kinda unfair–how quickly they come online in the last year to year and a half. Alum, I’m not the least bit surprised that Bapu, son of Alu, is verbal…

Cheers, no, it’s optional to get naked. I’d say relativly few (<10%) do…

So when does this boy miracle-gro kick in? I am waaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiting!!

Usually by the end of junior year–depending on the age.

Well, Naked Wild On seemed to have found the neked area of BM, that’s all I can say. Everyone was starkers–and amazingly fit for 35+.

Well there are “theme camps” where specific proclivities prevail… Also, several naked events like a naked bike ride. So maybe you saw the 10% all in one place at once?

LFWB called from Bremmerhaven. They won their second tall ship race and he got to rig the top sail on the mainmast.

Vodak all around! I need one just thinking about how high that sail is and climbing rat lines to get there.

Just click the link when the russian link comes up and you’ll see the picture.

I’ve seen a few interviews with the guys doing that job in the America’s cup. They have a special brand of humour…a couple othem said they call the rest of the boat "Fantasy Land’.

SBMom, re: boy renaissance… In our house it was junior year - saw some signs in the fall, spring came around and he was writing for the newspaper, joined the track team, and then as the coup de grace tried out for and joined the improv theater group. All of this between 16 1/2 and 17. Next thing we know he’ll be climbing hawsers, huh?

Okay, I can hang on for another 6 months… I think! I sure hope you and cheers are right!! Pleeeeeeeze be right!!

BTW this summer my Dad is sending TSFS to outward bound. No compass? Hah, who cares! No water? Child’s play! His big privation will be 24 days with no ‘prozac in push up bra!’

oooh pretty boat!

page two rescue

BTW, I still have a huge crush on SBmom

Is one of my friends paying you? :)

or SB is he just going to take you and sail away.

I saw the posting for road trip and my heart skipped a beat!! I thought that we were going. do you think if we ask real nice and promise not to act up (ok I know that this is stretching it a bit) that Lafalum will take us too. I really do travel well :D

Sybbie invited me, so here I am! Is Sinner’s Alley a really shady bar? Only shady places will do!

hey La,

welcome to SA

You can be as shady as you wanna be !!

I want a big drink with an umbrella and some fruit. And I’ll take that drink by the pool in a very UN-shady Hawaiian resort, thank you very much! Hey, if I’m gonna dream, I may as well dream big. Who’s with me?

goin to the hookielau
