<p>I’m pretty sure financial aid does not cover the SIR fee.</p>
<p>Edit: The $100 you pay is deducted from your tuition. I guess you if get financial aid you would be reimbursed for that charge in an offhand sort of way.</p>
<p>Either way, you do have to pay the SIR fee out of pocket.</p>
