<p>I have yet to send in my SIR and was still deciding and I logged onto the website only to find it saying it will reopen tomorrow at 6 p.m. Is that cutting it close? Also, am I able to complete my housing app first then or do I need to send in my SIR first?</p>

<p>man it was hard enough to make a decision, now they r delaying the consummation my difficultly formed choice…arrrr</p>
<p>thats strange…maybe something is wrong with your computer or something because I dont think they would shut down the service a day before the SIR is due…and if they did shut it down…then that was very stupid of them</p>
