SJSU declined me, will UC too?

According to http://info.sjsu.edu/web-dbgen/narr/admission/rec-10079.11704.html (linked from http://info.sjsu.edu/static/admission/impaction.html ), the various biological science majors were among the more impacted majors at SJSU, requiring a 2.9 to 3.2 GPA for fall 2015 transfer applicants. Those who did not meet the thresholds for their majors were considered for admission as undeclared; the threshold for local applicants was 3.1, and the threshold for non-local applicants was 3.6. Local transfer applicants had most of their course work from community colleges in Santa Clara and/or Santa Cruz counties.
