3.96/4.0 weighted. No SAT/ACT. 4s on three APs, 3 on one AP. Taking 6APs this year. Lots of EC. English major. OOS.

My kid applied to skidmore ED. GPA 3.7, I think he will have 4 APs total- earned a 4 on the ones taken so far. SAT 730 verbal, 610 math. Good ECs. He has a lot of interests outside of school like backpacking, playing soccer. He really likes skidmore! We’ll see.

My kid is a recruited athlete and applied ED1. His school doesn’t give a GPA but he’s only ever had one B (in 9th grade drama) so I’m guessing 3.9? SAT was 1430 (740/690). Full IB diploma program. A few ECs outside of his sport, which takes up most of his time. Summer job. I’m guessing Letters of Rec were good, as his school is small and their reputation relies on kids getting into good schools, so they know what to say. His essay was fine, nothing special.
Even knowing what we know about recruiting, we’re still nervous not gonna lie. The school is perfect for him and his stats match up nicely so fingers crossed!
