this would be humorous if it where not involving peoples health. I actually think he needs to go to jail for a very long time, to protect society from him. this is his second run as a “doctor” and if they treat him with kid gloves you can bet he will do it again. aside from any injuries he may have caused and the violations of many laws/morals/society norms etc…some of those women very well may have serious medical conditions that have been ignored because the “doctor” said everything was “OK” or he he did some barbaric “procedure” and caused injury to his victims. either way he needs jail. (he could maybe be roommates with pharma bro.
