<p>Do they accept by major? Avg student chgs major a few times during undergrad. Doubtful it’d increase chances, except if you write about it passionately in your essay quoting the conversations you had w/ some of your favorite Penn Slavic profs.</p>

<p>No. Generally, applying to uncommon majors doesn’t help much.</p>
