<p>I’d say you are a better lock in than your friend although you are both pretty competitive. </p>

<p>Being from Arkansas actually has 2 flip sides</p>

<p>Positive: Geographical diversity
Negative: MUCH, MUCH more competitive. If you were both in-state, you’d have a 90% of getting in. Now I’d say 70% chance. </p>
