<p>Is it ok to mail the teacher recommendation twice? The first time it was mailed, we accidentally forgot to put the Form 3(the one asking about the teacher) in the envelope with the letter, so only the letter was mailed. Is it ok to mail it again with the same letter with Form 3 later? Should we leave a note?</p>
