<p>ok so i found this on the web, a little lengthy but has some really interesting (not saying that i agree with them) points on early decisions in US colleges in general but quite a hefty mention of UPENN. </p>
<p>though, i would just like to say that it was written on 2001 and it has been 7 years later and many things have changed and that some things written are obsolete.</p>
<p>if you read far enough, as an international i just had to do abit of research, lurk around in CC for some time to already know that i love upenn and everything about it. so it doesnt mean one has to be rich and have the capability to travel the east coast to visit the school to know why penn is the one. articles is abit too critical.</p>
