Whenever anybody asks where I’m from, I can’t say “Hometown,” because it’s so small that nobody knows it, so “outside Pittsburgh” seems to be the shorthand everybody uses for that kind of thing. I’m proud to say it. Really a cool city.

Thanks for sharing! My DD saw picture and put it on the background of her computer. She sighed! She also has a Pinterest page where she saves Pittsburgh and Pitt images. She’s already in love with this city. It’s a good thing it’s a beautiful four hour drive and the city has so much to offer because we’re going to become very familiar with Pittsburgh in the next 6 years! My DH and I are actually looking forward to staying in the city during visits. :slight_smile:

Just came back from visiting this past weekend. I stayed in Southside and had a river view. I’m really starting to love it in Pittsburgh. It’s a special city.
