I’m new here so I don’t know if it’s bad form to ask for suggestions but I would love anyone’s input.
I absolutely love the feel of sweetbriar but I can’t sell my parents on the 95% acceptance rate ( even if it is because they almost closed ).
I’m looking for a college that is enclosed like that or like Wellesley. Where the campus itself is rural. I also loved how at sweetbriar the students were very welcoming.
Are there any colleges that have the same enclosed beautiful campuses? I know this seems shallow but I take the overall vibe pretty seriously.
I want a school where kids are helping each other out rather than competing.
Academic pluses would be a good chemistry department, forensic science classes, and if possible scandinavian and middle eastern language courses.
Other: aerial circus arts clubs would be awesome.
I’m first in my class of 250 ish so my parents want me too apply to some super selective schools but to me prestige is not my top priority as long as the school has strong academics.
