Small details about AP Lang exam

<p>Hi, everyone, I am self-studying the AP Lang exam and I have some detailed questions about the essay part.

  1. Can I write the second or third question first instead of the synthesis question?
  2. I noticed that on the samply responses provided by the AP Central every essay ends with a big pound mark (#). Do students put this mark to say that their essays end or do the scorer or reviewer make the mark when they upload the essay to the AP Central?
  3. Do I need to write with a pen or pencil?
    Thanks in advance.</p>

<p>The answer to #3 is you need to use pen for the essays, your english teacher should know the other answers [you’ll be directed by your proctor also]</p>

<p>Thanks for your reply. But unfortunately, my school does not offer AP Lang :(</p>

<p>You can do essays in any order and the College Board puts the # signs.</p>

<p>thanks ibworldstudend, it’s helpful.</p>
