<p>In March I signed a lease at the Block on Leon thinking I would not get offered a spot in on-campusing housing. Today I got an email offering supplemental housing and I need someone to take my lease. I called the Block and they said if I find someone to take my spot they can transfer the lease over. </p>

<p>You have to be eligible for smart housing, which is based on your financial aid statement (depending on grants and scholarships) </p>
<p>The Block on Leon is in west campus close to a bus stop. I would much rather live off campus, but my parents decided they want me to live on campus so I don’t really have a choice anymore.</p>
