How are the dorms at SMU?
The dorms are great! Many, many options.
How do the meal plans at SMU work?
First years students are required to purchase a meal plan at SMU.
How is the food at SMU?
The food is pretty good. Many options. All-you-can-eat.
How is the campus?
The campus couldn’t be nicer. Seriously.
How are the Professors?
The professors are great.
What is the average class size?
About 15.
What opportunties do SMU students have in Dallas?
Many internships. Many. A great, booming economy. Great job opportunities.
Do most SMU students attend Football Games?
Historically, no.</p>
<p>I disagree with your last response. Boulevarding (tailgating) at SMU is one of the most popular and well-attended traditions at SMU.</p>
<p>But really, I love going to the games at Ford Stadium.
And we’re playing TCU and A&M at home. I’m so excited for em!</p>

There are two all freshman dorms with traditional double rooms and then several other dorms for all classes, many of which are suite-style. There’s a community for everyone.</p>
<p> How do the meal plans at SMU work?
Every freshman has the same meal plan and it’s all you can eat. Additionally, you can use points on your ID to get Subway, Chick Fil A, Pizza Hut, Einstein Bagels, etc.</p>

Pretty good, there’s quite a variety. Just like any campus it’ll get old after a while.</p>

SMU prides itself on a gorgeous, well-kept campus.</p>

All of my professors are great! Always a real professor teaching you, never the TA. They really want to get to know you and help you whenever you need it</p>

It varies. In my intro classes I have as many as about 175 and I’ve had as few as 10.</p>
<p> What opportunties do SMU students have in Dallas?
Dallas is a great area to live in. Everything you could possibly need is practically in your backyard. Dallas offers endless jobs and internships.</p>
<p> Do most SMU students attend Football Games?
Everyone boulevards (tailgates), and some attend the game if they didn’t party too hard on the boulevard.</p>
<p>Actually, starting next year, there will no longer be designated dorms (freshman, honors, arts, etc.), but rather residential commons where all sorts of students can live together and enhance the campus community, which will be great!</p>
<p>Also, true that all Freshman get an unlimited meal plan, but they can choose from a variety of Flex Dollars to spend at vendors on campus.</p>
