SMU supplement question?!

So one of SMU’s questions on their supplement is (and it’s mandatory to answer because it has the yellow bulb next to it):

The Admission Committee takes a holistic approach when reviewing each applicant to SMU. A prospective student may wish to provide the Committee with information that he or she was unable to convey in the Common Application. Is there additional information that you would like the Admission Committee to consider when reviewing your application?

Do they want you to elaborate on another EC? Can you just say “no”? I’m so confused!

I answered no and it must have been fine because I was accepted.

They are asking you if there is anything that you want to say that you have not said in the application already.

If you don’t, great. Say “no” or ignore it and move on. If you do, great. Answer it however you wish.
