My senior is torn between going to SMU (w/$15k merit scholarship) and playing their sport at University of San Diego with no scholarship. Love both campuses, smaller classes and opportunities for internships. Smart but easily distracted and struggles with prioritizing. Debating whether structure/demands of the sport will be a benefit or a distraction. Thoughts on situation and schools would be appreciated.

probably too late but just in general playing your sport with no scholarship though fun is never a good idea because of the commitment and how that takes away from academics. also i attend smu and looked at usd but smu was superior
