<p>I used to love Saturday Night Live.
Gilda Radner, Jane Curtin , John Belushi, et al.
Obviously that was a long time ago.
I have watched it rarely the past few years, for one, if I am up that late, I am probably not home. Plus the bits I have seen, weren’t usually that funny.</p>

<p>But I saw this & thought it looked like fun.

<p>BW was on one of those late night Comedy Central roasts of William Shatner a while back and went where no man has gone before…</p>

<p>The music sometimes sucks these days on SNL, but U2 performed on the first snl of the 09-10 season and rocked the place.</p>

<p>Funnier than SNL has been in years. Except when Justin Timberlake is on. He is one funny guy. </p>

<p>(BTW I’m a huge Betty White fan so I will support her and watch that show)</p>

<p>The only parts of SNL I’ve liked since the last election are the “weekend update”. But I will watch if Betty White hosts.</p>

<p>I’ve tried to watch SNL a few times over the last few years but it’s absolutely unfunny to me. I don’t know why it’s even on TV anymore since they apparently don’t pay for decent comedy writers for the show. It’s really just a waste of a time slot. They perform skits and after seeing it I wonder why they even did the skit since there wasn’t the slightest bit of humor in it. I think they should just end the show and avoid further embarrassment.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, I though Mad TV was often funny and had a funny cast.</p>

<p>Another similar type show I thought was really good was ‘In Living Color’. Every member of that show was great.</p>

<p>I had a feeling that this petition was going to take on a life of its own and she’d make it. I just hope, HOPE, HOPE they give her some good material to work with.</p>

<p>They should get Sarah McLachlan or some of the other artists who are going to be touring with Lilith Fair this summer to make it really estrogen charged!</p>
